Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Is there a shipping cost?
All domestic orders over 750 TL ships free.
Is there an option for cash on delivery?
No, there isn’t an option for cash on delivery.
How are the shipping costs determined?
Our system will automatically determine the shipping costs based on the size and weight of your package.
How are the shipping delivery times determined?
The standard shipping delivery time for our products range from 3 to 7 days. For our custom-made products shipping delivery time is 15 days.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
From the moment your order is received to until it is delivered, your order is under the responsibility of the shipping company. You must ensure that the courier keeps a damage assessment report for your damaged order.
Can you send my order and invoice to two different addresses?
Yes, delivery and invoice address may be different.
Which shipping company do you work with?
We work with Yurtiçi Kargo.
How long will it take to get a refund of returned items or cancelled orders? (The cancellation must be made before your items are shipped.)
Once the returned items are inspected and are found to be unused and undamaged, the refund will be made within a week to the payment method you used, or the IBAN you will provide. Same procedure applies to orders that are cancelled before they are shipped.
Which items are non-returnable?
Items that have been opened, used, damaged can not be returned. Original labels must also be in place at the time of returning.
How many days do I have to exchange my order?
You can exchange and get a refund of your order within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the moment you receive your delivery.
The product I ordered is different from the product I received. What should I do?

If I receive a damaged or defective/wrong order, who will pay for the shipping costs of return?

If I request a change in size or color, who will cover the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free for size or color changes made within 14 days.
How can I return an item?
If you’re not satisfied with the item you’ve purchased, you can return it within 14 days and get a refund. You can call+90 222 211 03 10 or send an email to[email protected] in regards to the issue. Our customer service will get back to you as soon as possible.
Who will cover the shipping costs for return?
The shipping will be free of charge if you return your product to the shipping company within 14 days.

Do you have a gift option?
If you let us know that your order is a gift in the “Notes” section, your order will automatically be sent in a gift package. You can also write a note to the recepient in the same section.
Can I make an order from abroad?
Yes, you can shop from all around the world on our online store.
If I like an item on the Online Store, can I buy it from one of OMM Shop’s brick-and-mortar stores?
Depending on our stock availability, you may purchase items at OMM Shop’s brick-and-mortar stores.

Are all products from OMM Shop’s brick-and-mortar locations shown on the website?
Our website features the majority of the products from our Museum Store.
What kind of products does OMM Shop have?
OMM Shop has a variety of designer items inspired by our collection and exhibitions, as well as a selection of original designers and brands.
Can I return an item I’ve ordered online at OMM Shop?
No. Please follow the “return and exchange” guidelines and return the item by shipping it back to us.
How many branches does OMM Shop have and where are they?
OMM Shop has three branches in Eskişehir, Turkey: At OMM – Odunpazarı Modern Museum, at OMM INN and Tasigo Eskişehir.
